Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

  1. Coat each roll in flour.

    • 4 slices turkey ham (or regular ham)
    • 4 slices cheese (Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar)
    • 1 cup flour
    • 2 eggs (beaten)
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • Salt & black pepper
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • Toothpicks (to secure rolls)
    • Oil or butter (for frying or baking)
